About

As a Web Designer for over 16 years, and in the last 5 years moving more into development (coding) and web marketing in Greensboro, Winston-Salem and High Point, North Carolina, I maintain a broad set of web-related skills that I can bring to the table in working on web projects. What has changed in the last 5 years of the web is the growing awareness that web sites should sell your product or service, create a greater awareness of your business and be working for you 24/7. Millions of great web sites have been created that were never marketed in any meaningful way. If you spend hard-earned money on a web site it needs to show return on investment.

How is this achieved? Through Search Engine Optimization and Web Marketing with a focus on local web marketing opportunities. Unless your business is a national or international one it stands to reason that an effective method of building a great online presence is to target the local customers first. With that in mind, there are many ways to become more visible to local markets, engage clients through social media and let people know that your business is out there It doesn’t have to be painful!

When I meet with new clients I always discuss their plans and assess their understanding of how they are going to make the site pay for itself. I want repeat business and referrals so it’s obvious that your business success is tied to mine in a very direct way. When we discuss your project plans I will recommend a host of web marketing options, from ones that you can do yourself on a shoestring budget to more involved strategies that will speed up lead generation.

Web Designers and Developers need to not just build a site for you and walk away. They need to inform and support you in what comes next, what opportunities lie before you and how to get what you want out of your web presence. That’s what I’m here for.
